Before you publish
- Include a date or date range, where you personally experienced the condition, and what you reported.
- Use “I smelled smoke” for your observation. If you do not know its source or contents, say so.
- For measurements, give the device, concentration in µg/m³, and duration. Do not call a PM value an AQI score or a single reading proof of a code violation.
- Summarize the actual response and date. “I had not received a response as of [date]” is more precise than “they never respond.” Include meaningful improvements or follow-up.
- Avoid claims about motive, dishonesty, criminal conduct, or medical causation that you cannot substantiate. Label opinions clearly, but remember that saying “in my opinion” does not make an unsupported factual accusation accurate.
- Publish only your own experience, follow the platform's rules, and update your existing review if circumstances change. Do not use fake accounts, incentives, repeated posts, or coordinated rating manipulation.
